My Favorite TedX Video: How Great Leaders Inspire Action

Two years ago, I came across a discussion on the TED Talks website that changed my life.

As someone who searches for a spurt of inspiration everyday, I fell in love with the idea of this video. In fact, it is one of the core inspirations for my leadership style at funeralOne. It’s a constant motivation to me, and my team members, to always believe in what we do.

It’s a simple idea really. It’s called The Golden Circle

The core idea of The Golden Circle: people don’t buy what you do – they buy why you do it.

The video is 18 minutes long, but the chills of inspiration you get while watching it are WELL worth it.  Plus, when executed correctly, the methodology behind The Golden Circle truly has the power to transform your leadership style, hiring decisions, and funeral home marketing!
