At funeralOne, we’re constantly striving to provide you epic customer service and support. To further this goal, we’re excited to announce the launch of our new Customer Support Portal, which you can access at http://support.funeralone.com.
Our new portal, which officially went live today, serves as a one-stop-shop for all your support needs.
For website clients specifically, this new portal is now the place to go to request website support and submit change requests.
Check out some of the exciting new features:
• Knowledge Base – We’ve created a bunch of great tutorials on all of our products and answered your most frequently asked questions (FAQs). We’ll be adding new knowledge base articles and FAQs every week.

• Support Ticketing – Making a support request has never been easier! Just login to our new support portal, select Create a New Ticket and follow the simple instructions (you’ll need to create an account first.) Every support request you make through our portal, email or on the phone will get added to your account. You can instantly see your request history, which requests are still open and review responses from past requests.
