What is funeralOne thankful for?

There’s probably not a day that goes by at funeralOne, I have a conversation pointing out what keeps me up at night and what gets me fired up in the morning… and we all know I have the tendency to get a little excited at times! In either scenario, the story of customer success dominates my conversations.

Customer success is what drives the long-term success of funeralOne in its mission to transform how the world honors life and deals with loss by helping funeral professionals innovate. Over the last ten years of exceptional growth, we have been motivated to perform at a level that is hard to imagine thanks to the ongoing support of our customers, partners and employees.

I just wanted to thank you all for your commitment and encouragement. I am thankful for having you to share my passion for innovation, the power of creating healing experiences, and for becoming an indispensable part of the funeralOne family. You are definitely present in the thoughts that keep me up at night and that fire me up in the morning.

Happy Thanksgiving,
Joe Joachim

    Hello there,

I’m the online editor for a new magazine called Eulogy (www.eulogymagazine.co.uk) – the first magazine to deal exclusively with issues to do with death (and life).

I came across your blog and thought that you might be interested to learn about Eulogy, as it contains lots of content relevant to funerals and associated advice and features.

Please let us know what you think as we’re always on the look-out for ideas and contributions.

    Best regards,
